PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

I continue to up-skill and learn about the latest evidenced based treatments to help you recover from your eating disorder.

My job as an eating disorder dietitian is to provide you with psycho-education, nutritional knowledge, family based treatment, individual therapy- (NOTE not trauma, only food and body image related therapy)  to guide the rest of the team with providing guidelines for exercise, and medical monitoring. I have extensive knowledge about the pathophysiology of eating disorders from a neurological perspective. Working on nourishing the brain back to health to set you up for full recovery is my number one goal.
